Hi, I’m Louise.
My driving passion is connecting with people in rural locations and vocations to help them create a healthier, happier farming future for themselves and their families.
Too many people in ag suffer due to the false belief that farming must be an all-consuming, 24/7 job. I unapologetically challenge conventions and tackle barriers harming our rural communities and preventing positive change.
Having first-hand experience of rural life hardships means I lead with empathy and real-life understanding along with a practical, solution-focused, evidence-based approach. My counselling sessions are a judgement-free space and customised to suit you, your goals, and your current life situation.
Online counselling means location is no barrier; I’ve talked to farmers working sheep, on headers, at the office and in their paddocks

As hard as it is to get up in the morning and exercise in the morning, when I do I always love the physical sensations I get from my body during the day that says ‘I’m awake and strong’.
These days, mentally I’m going well.
I use tools from my emotional first aid toolbox that we talked about, like symphony/calming music to calm my mind and it’s working.
I’ve lost about 9kg’s which is also making like a little easier. Just need to keep it up.
