RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Groan and Tone handles returns, cancellations and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked session, it is your responsibility to advise Groan and Tone by telephone (call or text message) at least 24 hours in advance. In this event, your session will be re-booked to the next available appointment. No refunds for pre-booked sessions are offered.

If you cancel a pre-booked with between 3 and 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the fee will be charged. If you are on pre-paid program, this will result in you losing 50% of one of your program’s allocated sessions, or needing to pay the equivalent 50% of a standard session to have a full-session at a future date.

If you do not cancel a pre-booked session and do not attend, the full fee will be charged. If you are on a pre-paid program, this will result in you losing one of your program’s allocated session.

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 7 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Groan and Tone. No refunds are offered on electronic products (eBooks etc.).
