I’m a holistic fitness practitioner, which means I look at more than just exercise – you’ll get support across all the pillars of lifestyle transformation: training, rest, work, networking and nutrition.

We’ll start the journey by getting serious about your goals and motivation, along with getting a baseline of your vital stats so you can see your progress as we work together.

Each week I’ll tailor a session that is designed to help you achieve your goals, taking into account any injuries or preferences you might have.

I don’t do ‘cookie-cutter’ workouts – I love getting to know my clients and creating training sessions that get the best out of you.

I’m a holistic fitness practitioner so we look at more than just exercise – you’ll get support across all the pillars of lifestyle transformation: training, recovery, mindset and nutrition.

We’ll start the journey by getting serious about your goals and motivation, along with getting a baseline of your vital stats so you can see your progress as we work together.

I’m particularly focused on working with clients with chronic illness or injury to build the healthy lifestyle they desire.

Each week I’ll tailor a session that is designed to help you achieve your goals, taking into account any injuries or preferences you might have.

I don’t do ‘cookie-cutter’ workouts – I love getting to know my clients and creating training sessions that get the best out of you.

I do not ‘enjoy’ exercise, particularly strength training, but Louise encourages me to stick with it and makes it (relatively) fun. I feel confident that not only can Louise provide accountability, she is very knowledgeable about human movement and translate this into understandable information that helps me to perform better. Goal Getter Session

We want you to succeed with your health and fitness goals. And clarity is key to this.

Before you begin working with Farm Life Fitness as a client, the first step is to complete a Goal Getter Session.

We’ll work together to define your goals, understand your motivations and blockers as well as get your vital stats so we can see your amazing progress. We’ll also get you started with some strategies to move towards your goal.

90-minute session $125AUD

Personal Training Sessions

Results + Flexibility

Keen to work with us but not ready to commit long term? We offer fitness coaching with the same great service without the long-term commitment.

Once you’ve completed a Goal Setter Session, you can choose your preferred option.

Option 1 – Pre-Paid 

We’ll set up regular sessions with you and you pre-pay for ten sessions – you’ll get the eleventh session free.

10 x 50-minute sessions $950AUD

Option 2 – Casual 

‘Pay-as-you-go’ sessions, perfect for when you need the occasional motivation and guidance. 

50-minute session $95AUD

Do we service your area?

We currently have clients in Bakers Hill, Northam, Meckering and Cunderdin. If you are not local to these areas, our Online Fitness Coaching Training is the way to go. It’s just as good as face-to-face training, so if you are out of the area, please get in touch so we can help you out.

After my fourth baby, I was keen to begin the journey to fitness again. I felt seriously out of condition and needed some guidance and motivation as I wasn’t sure where to start. I also wanted to return to exercising to clear my headspace but I wanted to stay injury free and progress at an appropriate pace.
